2018 was a year of changes, small and big ones.
For some of us it has been life changing. We may have experienced times when we were challenged to be grounded, aligned and centered. We had encounted opportunities to be heart focused and to find that quiet place within - the awareness within where all is still and the story (of our life) dissolves in stillness — the gift of divine Grace.
Here is a beautiful Holoenergetic® exercise that shifts your perspective to a heart focused perception --
Gently close your eyes and become aware of your breath breathing itself.
Sense or imagine breathing in and out as if through the center of your chest, your energetic heart, slowly for at least three breaths.
When you open your eyes, focus your attention on an object (not a person) without thinking about it or naming it. Just look.
Now, while looking at it, pull your attention and breath inward into the space inside the back of your heart, in front of your spine. Just have the intention and your consciousness will find its way into your heart space.
As best you can, notice the space.
Now, from this space, notice the object.
The object is in the foreground, the space is the background.
When you allow yourself to unconditionally, non judgmentally accept the object exactly as it is, what do you notice?
This space in the heart is the unconditioned space prior to thinking that we all share - a space of unity - a space of truth - a space of love.

2018 has also been the year of my semi-retirement. I feel grateful for the opportunity to have brought Holoenergetic® Healing into manifestation. It is so gratifying to see it taking on a life of its own, especially in Europe. This is what I came here to do!
